BUILT BY THE WORKER. REFINED BY THE WORK.
Who We Are
Built to Work—Because I Needed It To.
I didn’t set out to start a gear company. I was just trying to do my job better.
For over a decade, I’ve worked in the petroleum industry as a mechanical integrity inspector—often in rugged, high-risk environments that demanded focus, precision, and mobility. But day after day, the same problem kept showing up: there was no gear that actually worked the way I needed it to.
Tool belts? Too bulky.
Backpacks? Not accessible.
Tactical packs? Not built for the field.
What I needed didn’t exist—so I built it.
The M.I. CoreGear Tactical Chest Pack was born from real jobsite experience. I designed it to carry what I actually use: radios, gauges, flashlights, markers, and inspection tools. I tested it in confined spaces, under pressure, in heat, and in motion. Every stitch, pocket, and strap came from trial and error—and a refusal to settle.
It’s more than gear. It’s a solution.
Something I trust every day, and something I wanted others in tough industries to trust too.
Whether you’re in oil, construction, utility, or just want gear that’s rugged, functional, and built to perform. Welcome–you’re in the right place.
Thanks for checking out M.I. CoreGear. This is just the beginning.
